Traditional and highly prized Serbian drink of plum brandy, derived from consumed plum fruits, also from our orchards from the slopes of Cer gained value with the addition of edible gold leaves, thus achieving durability and longevity. Brandy, measuring 49.50% alcohol, is produced by the distillation of the fermented crushed plum, and by re-evaluating the obtained soft brandy, in the copper cauldron.
