Our pear brandy is like the pear itself, the true gold of our collection. Derived from selected and hand-defended consumed and technologically mature fruits from the family orchard from the Adriatic Valley and under the slopes of Cer, our pear, with the addition of edible gold leaves, has reached the peak of taste and quality and with a strength of 49.50% alcohol, it is still a drink that is rare for brandies of this magnitude. The brandy is produced by the process of distilling the fermented crushed pear and re-distilling the obtained soft brandy.
